Communio is a professional household ERP. Inventory, action items, and a readiness signal for the three things that keep a household running: consumables,
focus, and energy.
100% offline. Zero telemetry. Zero permissions.

• Consumables — rotating inventory of pantry, hydration, perishables, and personal care. Unit cost, expiration efficiency, zero-waste baseline.
• Focus — infrastructure for deep work. Workspace, connectivity, reference library, ergonomics. Eliminate distraction, maximize cognitive yield.
• Energy — physical infrastructure. Power reserve, climate, lighting, safety. Uninterrupted daily operations.

• Readiness gauge blending inventory and tasks into a single signal
• Per-pillar breakdown with min-bias scoring (one critical item drags its pillar even when peers are healthy)
• Recommendations engine: expired, burn-rate forecast, min-stock gap, expiring soon, empty pillar, readiness trend, recurring task overdue
• Active operations grouped into OVERDUE / TODAY / THIS WEEK / SCHEDULED / UNDATED / COMPLETED
• Trend analysis with delta indicator and a one-line rationale
Resources — inventory CRUD with a two-tier pillar + sub-category taxonomy. Sort, filter, search, swipe-to-delete with undo, tap-to-edit. Urgency badges for
expired, expiring soon, and low stock. Date picker on every date input.
Library — standard operating procedures for each pillar. The doctrine layer of the app.
PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP
• 100% offline — works in airplane mode, forever
• Zero runtime permissions declared in the manifest
• No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or telemetry SDKs
• Data Safety: no data collected
• Android Auto Backup disabled — your data is never silently uploaded to your Google account
• Lossless JSON export and import through the Android Storage Access Framework — you pick the destination
