It's a fraud business not a service. Don't waste your hard earned money and precious time on it's subscription plans. I opted for prime platinum subscription which is topmost amongst the plans. They say we can view the photos of members directly. But we again need to request for photos to the members, on enquiring they say members can restrict the access to their photos and phone numbers as well for which they are charging a lot. On raising a ticket, they do not attend to it, reply as resolved.

Very disappointing experience with this app. I purchased the Premium subscription expecting to connect with genuine matrimonial profiles. However, after subscribing, I found that several profiles I contacted had invalid or incorrect phone numbers, and some profiles appeared to be fake or inactive. I feel completely misled into buying the subscription. In my experience, the service did not provide the value that was promised, and my refund request was also denied.

Many false commitments before Registration. The complaints raised are never answered. They said before Registration, there are more than 150 profiles matching & after Registration there was only single profile matching. I called several times but they never bothered to answer my queries.
