horrible app, transferring money to pay your mortgage take so long instead of instantly like the older version, at least make it so you can't access the money you just transfer instead i have to check each day on it to see if it has gone through and to make sure there is still enough money in the account for the payment. Would not recommend this app to anyone

Not the best app. Its super slow and 9 times out of 10 it says I'm on an unregistered device and have to have a verification code sent which makes the simple process of checking my bank statements take that much longer. I've had my phone longer than this bank so... It's annoying af.

Did not provide me any alerts or messages when all my debit card's transactions were declined. I can understand that card activity may require stop being placed on an account, but I received no notifications nor did any alerts appear in either the app or through the online portal, leaving me with no recourse when this happened on a Saturday night with no one to explain WHY.
