1. Sign Up & Get Approved: Providers (offering funds) and Recipients (seeking funds) submit subscription requests for approval.

2. Profile Creation: Approved users create and publish their profiles on the platform.

3. Submit & Explore Requests: Recipients submit funding requests. Providers browse and select opportunities based on their preferences and risk tolerance.

4. Commit with Confidence: Providers commit to selected financial opportunities directly through the platform.

5. Fees & Pricing: Providers and Recipients pay an annual subscription fee. Recipients also pay a proportional matching fee on the value of each successful match.

6. Matched Transactions: All payments and repayments are executed directly between users, outside the scope of the platform.
