I switched from Truist who bought BB&T, who bought from First National. with each change customer service worsened. Then we get notification they are closing both branches completely, ATMs and all. For me it was the final straw and switched to Community which so far has been an awesome experience. my 2 son's both came with me and opened accounts.

Have had the app for years and loved it. My last phone the app suddenly stopped working. Fast forward 1 year later and I have a new phone and same issue. One day the app worked and now it doesn't. I can't push any buttons. It won't let do anything.

Its great to be able to check my balances, see whether or not something was withdrawn, or make payment on any loan or morgage at anytime. Moving money around between checking and savings accounts is quick and easy as well. The picture process for depositing checks has been greatly improved with the last update.
