Ratings and reviews

First of all, the mobile app and web page crashes right after you login!! This is Severity 1 Priority 1 defect which is not resolved yet! Next issue- after setting the correct location preferences, outside Maharashtra matches are showing. I have set the preferred location filter as Maharashtra and Goa. But the app is repeatedly showing the girls matches from South India! Very few matches from Maharashtra are shown. Contacted customer care on email, but they're unable to understand the issue!

app is good. I got some matches but in free version messages are not getting delivered even after the acceptance from both sides. I sent a message but even after 1 day I can see just 1 tick. that means it did not get delivered. what is the meaning of acceptance from both sides. not sure if the chat option is there in the free version. if chat option is only in paid version then why we have chat Icon and why we are able to type and send messages

The app is very good but the only reason I have given 3 stars is there is no way we can know the preferences of the person I am showing interest for... many contacts views get wasted because of that.. it's a request to add that preference section for the person before he views contact or shows interest which will help alot.. or may be I think that's your business tactics.. but people will think before taking subscription again..
