Ratings and reviews

First of all, the mobile app and web page crashes right after you login!! This is Severity 1 Priority 1 defect which is not resolved yet! Next issue- after setting the correct location preferences, outside Maharashtra matches are showing. I have set the preferred location filter as Maharashtra and Goa. But the app is repeatedly showing the girls matches from South India! Very few matches from Maharashtra are shown. Contacted customer care on email, but they're unable to understand the issue!

Most of the profiles on here are made by scammers. Even the Sangam customer care team doesn't really give updates about these scammers or try to verify anything. They just send you an automatic email instead. In the future, if you guys report a scammer to the police, please make sure to mention this app and who runs it. It's frustrating because if you complain, they don't seem to do anything about it.

Beware before making payments! Horrible experience! It's a scam. The moment I joined free I got five interests within an hour which encouraged me to be a paid member for more benefits. Unfortunately all 5 turned out fake as none of their phones work. Moreover they have stopped receiving messages even though they are online. Just single tick appears. I have written a complaint with screenshots as proof but no one has responded once payment has been made. Wish I had not joint. Regretting it now.
