Ratings and reviews

No drink/food menu. While i appreciate the ease of touchless transactions and acquiring points, it's quite vexing that it doesnt feature a food or drink menu. Also, i cant order ahead with the app. I'll admit, it could be operator's error. I'm not exactly tech savvy. Am i missing something, or is the app missing quite of bit of features?

I love the coffee and the service there. I am still struggling a little bit with the mobile app but imagine I will get used to it. i love the mug club offers and discounts. The employees are always wonderful

I usually get a Chai freeze made with water and 2 extra shots of cinnamon I ordered this from the Aztec NM site last week. They put coffee in it and did something else to it. It was gross and undrinkable. Didn't have time to go back and put in a complaint at that time. Big disappointment, as I love Durango Joe's.
