Overall the app and ordering online are good. Would love for you to update it so you can edit an order by making a note. I want to be able to remove sour cream from taquitos order for instance. It's the only ingredient that's missing on the order form to be able to uncheck the box. So either make a note section or update the ingredients.

Rewards not working, I have the free taco but it never gets taken off when I add it to my order. Also the Bday club is not working as well (it appears to be combined with a customer satisfaction survey as well) I've filled it out multiple times and nothing happens when I submit it, my birthday is in January and no $15 reward added to my account.

App is constantly down and I cannot use the rewards 50% of times. The store staff has absolutely no knowledge of this app and they do not help you even if there is a struggle.
