This review is about the app, not the store. Why people rate an app for a store rating and talking about their donuts is stupid. Go to Yelp or something. App is a basic rewards tracker. Little to no point to it since you can just use your phone number in store. I and anyone else I know have seen no offers for being loyal, just rewards points to be redeemed.

Usless. can't order on the app. only thing you can basically do is view your rewards and look at their menu and locations. other than that. unless. Trash this app immediately!

I selected my location and loaded money, as prompted. I went to order and it directed me to the pinkbox website. got my order done and went to pay and the website, where I was directed FROM THIS APP would recognize that I had loaded funds and required a separate payment method.
