3 of 4 days I had to go into the store to get help. twice for use of coupon or reward. once because it wouldn't let me order an item: i didn't check off that didn't need utensils - should be an explanation that another box needed to be checked.

what good is having an app and a website if both don't work?! the app and website will allow you to build an order but will never let you actually order the food. it's fine if I have the time to walk in, but usually, I'm on my way to work, so I order ahead. but I can't do that because both the app and website don't work anymore

Their app consistently never shows the BOGOs that they offer in the email. If I wanted to pay full price, I would probably pick a sit-down restaurant. So I finally deleted the app. They've lost so many purchases from my family because they won't use coupon codes or fix their BOGOs. I always buy more than the offer. Their loss.
