I've been trying to login to use my reward points for the past couple of days and the app will not allow me. Every time I login it says I need to update my information, I put in the info then it says my account already exists. So far I have not found any alternatives to login to redeem my points.

3 of 4 days I had to go into the store to get help. twice for use of coupon or reward. once because it wouldn't let me order an item: i didn't check off that didn't need utensils - should be an explanation that another box needed to be checked.

Their app consistently never shows the BOGOs that they offer in the email. If I wanted to pay full price, I would probably pick a sit-down restaurant. So I finally deleted the app. They've lost so many purchases from my family because they won't use coupon codes or fix their BOGOs. I always buy more than the offer. Their loss.
