Its odd because, this app is the only way i can see the rewards. I cant use the official website on android without an error screen, and making an order on my laptop is the only way i can make an order. I cant even make an order on the app, itll open into an internet browser and ill get the error again. Please update the app! I go to this chicken place twice a week!! Edit: been a year, its the same problems and idk- its just odd making an app if i cant make orders. I make orders on chrome 😑

i order rise a lot and wanted to use the app to order/build points. but it won't even let me select the location. once I put in my address, it resets me back to choosing a location. can't get anywhere with it

Using the app, you would think it would apply a reward correctly. It did not for me. I triple checked that the reward was checked, but it still did not deduct it from the total. Everything else in the app worked well.
