3 of 4 days I had to go into the store to get help. twice for use of coupon or reward. once because it wouldn't let me order an item: i didn't check off that didn't need utensils - should be an explanation that another box needed to be checked.

works fine but you have to validate the account all the time which is frustrating. and if you don't you can't use rewards. and the payment workflow works but it's confusing.

Their app consistently never shows the BOGOs that they offer in the email. If I wanted to pay full price, I would probably pick a sit-down restaurant. So I finally deleted the app. They've lost so many purchases from my family because they won't use coupon codes or fix their BOGOs. I always buy more than the offer. Their loss.
