Its odd because, this app is the only way i can see the rewards. I cant use the official website on android without an error screen, and making an order on my laptop is the only way i can make an order. I cant even make an order on the app, itll open into an internet browser and ill get the error again. Please update the app! I go to this chicken place twice a week!!

The app lets you use points for "free" items, but then charges your card on file anyways after checking out with a $0 balance. And then when you log back in, the points you used to comp the item are also gone.

Annoying app to use. No way to ask for extra pickles (either by comment or option). No real options for biscuits, like if I want to add lettuce/tomato. Doesn't save credit card info or link to google or Samsung pay. Didn't give me a chance to use my BOGO biscuit offer unless I ordered 2 of the same biscuit even though it says "equal or less expensive biscuit." Also, I asked for my biscuit to be ready at 11:25 and got the text that my order was ready at 11:15. It was left under a heat lamp.
