Ratings and reviews

Overall not bad. The one thing I don't like is you only can see the current promotion going on from the app notifications and have no way to see when the promotions change again until the app notifies you again. When it comes to the staff, I've had nothing but good experiences. I appreciate the friendly, welcoming, and professionals that have served me.

Clutch is my favorite coffee bar! I'm an iced coffee person even on the coldest days. I love how the updated rewards app looks. I go as often as my wallet allows me. I hope the company continues to grow far & wide so wherever I travel there will be a Clutch coffee bar close by. Cheers to a New Year!!

the app is garbage. it's so hard I don't know who designed the UI on this but you need to find someone else. it's so convoluted you need to consolidate and reorganize maybe look at other mobile ordering apps. as someone who exclusively mobile orders this app needs a lot of work.
