About this app

Management Solutions’ regulatory alert App: regulatory alerts and technical notes on the latest or upcoming financial regulations at the international, European and local level.

The Management Solutions regulatory alert app provides access to alerts and analysis reports on financial regulations issued by regulators and supervisors at the international level (BCBS, FSB, etc.) and the European level (European Commission, ECB, EBA, etc.), as well as to some relevant publication at the local level (Spain, UK and USA).

The app content is organized into the following sections:

- Publication alerts: summaries of documents published by reference standards providers, regulators and supervisors. According to the user's geographic selection, global/international (BCBS, FSB, IASB, etc.), European (both supranational and local, including UK) and/or American (US and major - Latin American countries) alerts and technical notes will be displayed.
- Quarterly and annual regulatory reports: reports compiling publication alerts for previous periods and key regulatory expectations.
- Technical notes: summaries detailing the regulations with the greatest impact or of greatest interest to the financial sector.
Access to other content published on the Management Solutions website: basic regulations, white papers and economic reports published by the Firm.
