The App sucks...the hardware is incredible, it's such a shame no one could be bothered to make the app work, it's unreliable, it never seems to be able to be opened, and it just work. Itvtakes forever to connect, if it will connect at all, when it does connect it's never really happy either...please do something with this app, and make it at least work, or ideally...make it as good as the hardware. Because this...its such a let down...

Arghhhh!! Sooo haphazard: it's crashed on me dozens of times. At one point I couldn't even open it without it crashing. Had to completely uninstall/reinstall and although I could get in, it was still crashing. Such an amateur job. For example: hit 'back', msg says "to connect with another device, first exit the app". BUT THERE IS ACTUALLY NO WAY TO CLOSE THE APP! (Unless u 'force stop' from apps settings) I expect MUCH better from Chord, based on their rep and for the price!!

Such a shame. Bluetooth streaming doesn't work and I have to restart the unit many times for it to even appear in the config app. Very frustrating when on the go and just want to listen to some music. Third part apps required to use Wi-Fi functionality too. Bought thinking I could play directly from my Tidal account, also doesn't work. PLEASE put some serious effort into the firmware on this thing, it could be so good.
