About this app

OptiPay for Owners is a dashboard for owners of self-service car washes equipped with OptiPay payment devices. The app displays the car wash's current financial results and allows you to perform two operations at the station: owner top-ups and activating service mode.

An OptiPay account with owner, manager, or administrator privileges is required to use it. This tool is for car wash operators and is not intended for paying for car washes.

REVENUE AND STATISTICS
• Revenue, number of transactions, and average transaction value for the selected period: today, the last 7 days, or the current month.
• Comparison with the previous period, percentage change for each metric.
• Distribution of payments by card, coin, and in-app payments, with amounts and percentages.

CHARTS
• Hourly revenue (today) or daily revenue (7 days, current month), broken down by payment method.
• Weekly breakdown of which day of the week generates the most revenue. • Revenue over a 12-month period: rolling or for a selected year back.

STATIONS
• Station tiles with revenue and cashless payment share.
• Switch between the entire car wash and a single station—statistics and charts are calculated for the selected range.
• Revenue breakdown by station.

PAYMENT DEVICE STATUS
• Information on whether car wash terminals are online.
• List of offline devices with serial numbers and assigned stations.
• Step-by-step diagnostics (internet, power, Ethernet port LED) and re-test the connection.
• Report a problem to the administrator; the content is generated automatically based on the device status; you can add your own comment.

OWNER TOP-UP
• Top up a selected station with up to 20 PLN (1, 2, 5, 10 PLN, or a manually entered amount), for example, for a post-service test or in the event of a customer complaint.
• Confirmation of the operation in a separate window; funds are not included in the car wash's revenue.

SERVICE MODE
• Enable and disable service mode for the station, specifying the date and time it will remain in effect.
• Available for accounts with appropriate permissions.

OTHER
• Most recent payments from the last 24 hours: time, station, payment method, and amount.
• Light and dark themes.
• Log in with an OptiPay account; the session is remembered between launches.

The application requires an internet connection; all data comes from the OptiPay system.
