Ratings and reviews

This review is not about the app but mailservices client support. They are unhelpful and show no empathy towards their clients who are in unique situations. All I want is my refund. Their only option is a paper check, which isn't suitable in my situation. Hoping someone can help me!? Does anyone at this company have empathy and an open mind?

very difficult to navigate. I wanted to renew my membership and my postal amount but could not find it on their app.

I like being a member and it allows me to have a domicile address while traveling abroad. They inform me when I get new mail and I can choose several actions to take with said mail. I highly recommend their service.
