Suddenly stopped sending prayer notifications. It was a great app, yes a little slow at times, but great none the less. But about a week ago, months of it working correctly, it just stopped sending prayer notifications. I have checked my phone and the app, everything is set as it should be.. sent email to compassion and they replied with the typical uninstall and try again, blah.. still doesn't work.

I can see what they are trying to do with this app and that concept is 5 stars! However the execution isn't so great. It is complicated to try to find my kids' letters to read and it is slow to load once I click on something (I don't even know if it registered my click sometimes until it suddenly starts loading like 10 seconds later). I do love that I can send a letter or pictures pretty easily. That is helpful for me to stay in touch with my compassion kids.

Eh. I wrote my sponsored child a letter yesterday and it still isn't registering. I just hope it actually sent. The app has a lot of bugs that I hope they will fix soon bc I love the organization and really want to utilize the app. Update: so a few days later I discovered that the letter did, in fact, send. Very happy about that. Also, after exploring the app a bit more there seem to be less bugs than I had originally thought. So, I have bumped my rating up a star and am happier with the app...
