Great to see new and old letters. This App is extremely slow and cumbersome. Writing letters to my child takes me 3 times as long on both the app, and online, than it would if I wrote the letter and mailed it. I get so frustrated when trying to fix an error, or add additional information to my letters. I never know if a sentence will be cut in half (part on the front, the rest on the back) because there is no indicator that allows you to see how the letter looks until the end.

Suddenly stopped sending prayer notifications. It was a great app, yes a little slow at times, but great none the less. But about a week ago, months of it working correctly, it just stopped sending prayer notifications. I have checked my phone and the app, everything is set as it should be.. sent email to compassion and they replied with the typical uninstall and try again, blah.. still doesn't work.

I can see what they are trying to do with this app and that concept is 5 stars! However the execution isn't so great. It is complicated to try to find my kids' letters to read and it is slow to load once I click on something (I don't even know if it registered my click sometimes until it suddenly starts loading like 10 seconds later). I do love that I can send a letter or pictures pretty easily. That is helpful for me to stay in touch with my compassion kids.
