Excellent. Recently improved app. For people having issues, remember the process is slow, especially letters. Third world countries are very different, they do not have mailboxes or addresses for the most part. Highly recommend becoming a part of the compassion group. And also highly recommend going on the trips, they will change your life.

Suddenly stopped sending prayer notifications. It was a great app, yes a little slow at times, but great none the less. But about a week ago, months of it working correctly, it just stopped sending prayer notifications. I have checked my phone and the app, everything is set as it should be.. sent email to compassion and they replied with the typical uninstall and try again, blah.. still doesn't work.

I can see what they are trying to do with this app and that concept is 5 stars! However the execution isn't so great. It is complicated to try to find my kids' letters to read and it is slow to load once I click on something (I don't even know if it registered my click sometimes until it suddenly starts loading like 10 seconds later). I do love that I can send a letter or pictures pretty easily. That is helpful for me to stay in touch with my compassion kids.
