Very poor APP , old UI and awful UX without any useful services which is don't like to even open it to use it

This app is a complete disaster. Whoever made it clearly has no idea what “user experience” even means. The design is clunky, unintuitive, and frustrating at every step. Nothing feels thought-through — the navigation is confusing, the interface is ugly, and basic features are buried or broken.
