I've had it for about a month. I needed something to wear and be able to rehearse. it is absolutely amazing i had to take one star away because there was an entire day I lost when I was wearing it and it didn't catch any conversations whatsoever. that was truly frustrating and the customer service was not very responsive, but it turns out there was an update that solved the problem. So they got their star back.Otherwise, it would have been three stars.

the device is no longer working for the last 7days. before that it worked on and off. still had to turn on and shut down as well as reconnect bluetooth multiple times but at least on occasion it worked. it has been unresponsive to any further attempts for 7 days. apparently it is a total junk device. I did not have enough experience to even have an oppinion about how the AI software works or does not work as a tool for summarizing conversations. the hardware is junk.

Device took 2mos to get to me. That should've been a forewarning. Keep getting locked out of app and having to reach out to customer service. It gets fixed, but not in time for me to use it. Now they had me update and I can't synch to app. Great when it works. A rarity. Customer service is inconsistent and mostly useless. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT UPDATE. Do not expect that this will work consistently. Dont rely on it. Learn from my mistake. This is me being nice...for now...
