I'm starting with 5 stars. *Full disclosure: I ordered it but haven't received it yet. I'm excited about this pendant I'm reading through all the reviews and keep thinking all the low ratings are possibly from people who don't have the unlimited recording minutes. (I could be wrong) I have high hopes, I had the limitless pendant, loved it until they sold out to Meta (hard pass) Then I went with plaud pin and it's okay but the syncing and generating of text was too cumbersome *will update

In order to use the device, you need to lug your phone around with you to turn on the app and start recording, then turn on the Fieldy device to record the memo, turn off the device, stop the recording, and close the app. I thought I would be able to record memos, and then sync them with the phone when I had both devices on me. It's not worth it. And their support are clueless. Save your money and purchase an AI app on your phone for 1/10th the price, or use the free Google Assistant.

I've had it for about a month. I needed something to wear and be able to rehearse. it is absolutely amazing i had to take one star away because there was an entire day I lost when I was wearing it and it didn't catch any conversations whatsoever. that was truly frustrating and the customer service was not very responsive, but it turns out there was an update that solved the problem. So they got their star back.Otherwise, it would have been three stars.
