Buyer beware. This was marketed as able to assign conversations to different people/profiles. When I got it I assigned conversations to people and the AI never learned. contacted customer support and they said the feature was turned off and would be back on soon. Here I am about 3 months later and still it doesn't know. I paid a year in advance and wasn't able to get a refund for a product that doesn't do what was advertised.

In order to use the device, you need to lug your phone around with you to turn on the app and start recording, then turn on the Fieldy device to record the memo, turn off the device, stop the recording, and close the app. I thought I would be able to record memos, and then sync them with the phone when I had both devices on me. It's not worth it. And their support are clueless. Save your money and purchase an AI app on your phone for 1/10th the price, or use the free Google Assistant.

This app and device are so buggy! For the price and all the hype I was expecting so much more. I'm shocked at how badly both the device and the app work. They've got toggles that don't do anything. I can't tell if it's actually actively recording or not and there's no easy way to turn it on and off from the device. With only 24 hours of transcription per MONTH I want to be able to turn it off when I don't need it and then on quickly without pulling out my phone!
