About this app

Compatri brings the diaspora together.

Living far from your country often means living far from your loved ones. Compatri helps you reconnect with fellow countrymen in your city, join your home country community, and never miss the events that matter.

COMPATRIOTS NEAR YOU
Discover who, near you, shares your country, your language, and your
life story. Filter by proximity, nationality, or city, browse profiles, and
simply say hello.

A COMMUNITY BY COUNTRY AND BY CITY
Senegalese in Paris, Cameroonians in Brussels, Ivorians in Montreal… join the community that's right for you. Members, posts, events, and mutual support are all in one place.

THE EVENTS THAT MATTER
Parties, Sunday lunches, association meetings, national holidays: your
community calendar fits in your pocket. Location, time,
participants — you know everything before you go and you can register in one
tap.

A NEWS FEED AND STORIES
Follow your community's daily life: members' posts, photos, and stories, without unnecessary noise.

MESSAGES AND CALLS
Search for someone by name, nationality, or city, start a conversation,
then switch to an audio or video call when text isn't enough.

THE COMPATRI PASSPORT
Each member has their own digital passport, with their number and a "verified" badge once their identity is confirmed.

FOR CONFIDENCE
Identity verification, detailed profile, privacy settings, and
reporting: you choose what you share, and with whom.

YOU'RE IN CONTROL
App language, light or dark theme, notifications, account deletion: everything is set up in seconds.
