After the "update," no commentary tapes will play. I just get a constant spinning orange circle and have to close out the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, all the usual troubleshooting, but nothing worked. The only thing I can use on the app is the recap, which is basically just opening a PDF. After the "AI improvements" this app is useless.

The app has virtually no options. Log out or stare at the commentary folder of a show from two weeks ago. Updates of new shows have to be invite only every time? No idea why there isn't a one-time share to have a client's commentary for the season. If there is, it's certainly not in any detectable option on the app.

Have your director merge the groups together and you'll have access to all the events. As a staff member, you're reliant on the director.

Love this software, but, wifi has been difficult this year. I "stop" commentary and I am told I am still recording and the stop icon is on tablet. Had two guards play at same time in same file.
