i love the ability to turn your cards on and off if lost and to see your credit report. This bank has always been a great fit for me. I just had to get a new bank, due to moving and there being no locations where I'm at, and I already miss some of the features and accessibility. there have been minor issues but overall good experience with this bank and their app

Overall I like the app and the services provided by CCFCU. What I find annoying is not being able to access my account after 12AM. I wish CCFCU would add Zelle like most other banks and credit unions offer. This would make being able to transfer money from other banks to my CCFCU instantly without having expensive wire fees. CCFCU is a small credit union and I live in a small rural town. Having to drive an hour one way to withdraw from BofA to deposit at CCFCU is a pain.

The app overall works well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the passwords are constantly resetting and I don't like that I have to re enter a password to transfer money. I appreciate safety, but it's too much to have to enter it twice. Especially when transferring between my own accounts.
