About this app

Axis Driver is the phone half of Axis, the compliance system your transport manager uses. It is for HGV and PSV drivers working for an operator that runs Axis.

There is no email account and no invitation link to lose. Your transport manager gives you a company code, a username and a password, and you are in.

THE DAILY WALKAROUND
One item at a time, safety-critical items first. Pass it, or record a defect with a photo and a note. Check the trailer on the same run. Your transport manager sees it as you finish.

SOMETHING WRONG MID-SHIFT
Report a defect on the vehicle or trailer without waiting for tomorrow's check. Report an accident or a near-miss and your transport manager is notified straight away.

YOUR SHIFT
Start it, record the odometer, take your break, end it. Your hours come from what actually happened, not from memory.

YOUR TIMESHEET
See the week your transport manager prepared and sign it — or dispute it with a reason, and the reason is recorded alongside the disagreement.

EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SIGNED
Policies, training, forms and past walkarounds stay in one list. Read a policy properly, sign it once, and it is filed.

WORK-READY PASSPORT
Upload your licence, CPC and the rest of your paperwork. Your transport manager verifies each one before it counts.

LOCATION
Axis records your location only at specific moments — when you submit a walkaround, start or end a shift, or report an issue — as proof of presence. Never in between, and never as a live trail. If no location fix is available the record is still submitted, marked as unavailable rather than left blank.

Axis Driver needs an operator with an Axis subscription. If your firm does not use Axis, point your transport manager at complihaul.com

What’s new

You can now ask your transport manager to change your personal details — name, date of birth, phone and address — from the You screen. Your record only changes once they approve.
Scrolled content no longer runs under the status bar.
