Been a subscriber since the beginning. Every phone I have had the app installed on and every update of the app, it never works correctly. I've dealt with it for years as I am still able to listen. It's frustrating to download a week of shows, listen to one episode and then come back to listen to another and they're all gone. Most times, if u don't listen all the way through, u have to scroll through and find out where you left off. Also, randomly logs you out.

This has been significantly improved and runs much better. Very easy to use. The only two issues that I have are: One, it doesn't remember your place if you close the app in the middle of a program; Two, it is a bit taxing on your battery and really goes through it. To prevent this, the best thing that I have found to stop it when not listening, is to not only close the app but to also manually force it to stop.

I love that you can download an episode and watch offline. I am an enormous cheapskate and hate to use up data. I also like that I can turn off the screen and still have audio. This comes in handy when playing "In Hot Water" in public. A lot of the issues from before, like deleting episodes from my download library have been resolved, so no real complaints. Runs better than most of the apps on my phone.
