Luciole is offered to Comptoir des Voyages customers and provides guidance, assistance, and information throughout their trip.

The app brings together all your travel bookings, points of interest, and recommended spots discovered by our specialists, as well as an offline GPS.

You'll also find a wealth of important and useful travel information, along with a press review in partnership with Le Monde.

Finally, a "memory album" feature allows you to share or have your travel story printed by our partner.

PREPARE MY DEPARTURE
Luciole provides all the entry requirements for the country (visas, admission requirements) and health information (essential vaccinations recommended by our travel health specialist). It also includes our expert insights and practical tips for experiencing the country firsthand. Luciole contains all flight itineraries, passenger by passenger, with the necessary information for pre-departure check-in.

KNOW MY ITINERARY
Luciole lets you visualize your travel steps from your departure airport to your return airport. With all its built-in recommendations and points of interest, you can easily plan your itinerary day by day by pre-selecting must-sees based on your preferences and desires, making them easier to access during your trip.

HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS IN ONE PLACE
All hotel and activity vouchers are stored within the app. You'll find all your booking details, important contacts, and you can export them by email with a single click.

100% OFFLINE
Luciole is designed to work offline. Therefore, there are no roaming charges. The map and all information are loaded when you set up the app at home. During your trip, Luciole will only update when you have Wi-Fi access, which is useful for receiving various updates.

NEVER LOST
Wherever you are, with a single click, Luciole geolocates you and guides you to your hotel using its GPS. Whether you're on foot or in a car, it always gets you there safely. A "around me" feature lets you see all the points of interest around you at a glance on the map.

WELL-INFORMED
At each stage of your trip, Luciole offers twelve categories of points of interest, all geolocated: tours, discoveries, museums, and more, as well as great places like restaurants, bars, and street food stalls—all specially selected by Comptoir des Voyages. You can view a description for each one, and when you find what interests you, Luciole guides you there using GPS. If you're looking for a specific location or type of location (parking, gas stations, ATMs, etc.), Luciole offers a search engine to find it. If it's not listed, don't worry, simply enter its address into your GPS or point it at the map, and Luciole will guide you there.

NOTIFICATIONS
Thanks to its notification system, Luciole provides dynamic support, reminding you of your reservations, suggesting activities based on your itinerary, recommending relevant content to read at the right time, and much more.

MEMORIES
Because every trip has its own story, you can create your own "memory album" in Luciole. Luciole will help you by offering a personalized template based on your itinerary, and all you have to do is add your text and/or photos. Finally, you can share it or have it printed by our partner, directly from Luciole.
Luciole remains accessible and usable for 30 days after your return.
