Please note this app is intended for use by Compugen Inc technical staff only. Customers who desire access to online self-serve capabilities may contact their Account Executive to be provided access to Compugen Emerge Lifecycle Management.

Compugen Field Services integrates Work Order and Onsite Data Capture tool functions into a single mobile application.

Once authenticated, Technicians will be presented a Task Dashboard identifying their assigned work. This application features a streamlined workflow and the capability to perform some data capture activities while offline.

What’s new

- Updates that are saved while online will now be dispatched to the server in real time. When offline, they will be sent when the connection is restored.
- Work order list now shows the first line of the address and the city for a work order.
- When searching for parts while placing a parts order, you can now filter the results to only be customer-owned items.
- Performance and stability improvements.
