About this app

PawnDog is a complete asset purchase and contract management app built for the
buy-back industry. Capture clients, photograph assets, sign agreements, and
generate full legal contract packs — all from one device, online or offline.

• Client Management
Capture and maintain a full client database with ID verification,
contact details, addresses and contract history.

• Contract Wizard (10 steps)
A guided flow walks you through every contract: client selection,
asset type, asset details, photos, vehicle inspection, document
checklist, contract terms, payout schedule, signature and confirmation.
Save progress as a draft and resume later.

• Vehicles & Gold
Specialised capture screens for vehicles (make, model, VIN, mileage,
inspection sheet) and gold (weight, karat, item description). Minimum
photo requirements enforced per asset type.

• Multi-Photo Asset Capture
Take up to 6 high-quality photos per asset using either the front
or rear camera. Photos are uploaded individually for reliability on
slow networks.

• Digital Signature & Client Photo
Capture a binding signature and a fresh photo of the client at the
point of sale, stored securely with the contract.

• PDF Contract Generation
Generate a complete, on-device contract pack in PDF — including the
cover sheet, vehicle inspection, agreement of sale, option agreement,
final purchase agreement and payout schedule. No server round-trip
required.

• Payout Schedule
Split payouts between Cash and EFT, choose the paying entity
(MADCAT or DOA), and capture full banking details with built-in
validation and a South African bank dropdown.

• Email & WhatsApp Integration
Email contracts (with PDF attachment) or share via WhatsApp chat
and document directly from the contract details screen. Call clients
with a single tap.

• Stocktake
Run live stocktake sessions, count assets, scan barcodes, and review
variance reports — start, pause and resume sessions as needed.

• Offline Mode with Sync
Keep working without a network connection. Clients, contracts and
assets are cached locally, and all changes queue for automatic sync
the moment the device is back online. A clear offline indicator and
manual sync controls keep you in charge.

• Reports & Dashboard
At-a-glance dashboards plus detailed reports on contracts, clients
and finances.

• Automatic Updates
The app checks for new versions on launch and supports Google Play
flexible in-app updates so you always have the latest build.

• Secure
Biometric authentication and encrypted local storage protect
sensitive client and contract data.
