With the Comwell Hotels app, you have everything in one place. Find your booking, check in and out, and get your room key. You can also upgrade your room and make additional purchases to make your stay even more personalized.

EASY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check in and out via the app
Fill in your details in the app and skip the queue at reception. With the app, you can check in yourself and receive a notification as soon as your room is ready. When your stay is coming to an end, you can also settle your bill and check out via the app.
DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR ROOM
Get your digital key
Avoid the hassle of an extra card and get your key straight to your mobile. When your room is ready, you can activate your key in the app and unlock the door. Easy and simple.
If there are several of you staying in the room, you can share your stay and the key with your guests or ask for a physical card at reception.
A FLEXIBLE STAY
Upgrade your room and add extras
If you wish to upgrade your room, you can do so directly in the app. Here you can also book early check-in and late check-out or enhance your stay with various in-room extras.
FOOD AND DRINK
Order room service
Fancy a burger in your room or a drink on the terrace? View the hotel’s menu and drinks list in the app and order for delivery to your room or elsewhere in the hotel.
You can also order food and have it delivered at a specific time, for example if you’re on your way to a meeting or know you’ll be returning to the hotel late.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Can you charge your electric car, and is there a gym at the hotel? In the app, you’ll find answers to most questions, so you can prepare for your stay and easily access information whilst staying with us. If you’d like to know more, you can also contact the hotel reception.
