Upon entry to the app, a message that says, "Network Errors" is being displayed. It seems like the app has crashed which is probably due to the volume of voters using it simultaneously. We hope this gets resolved soon as there are votings that will end tonight.

A trashy not reliable voting app!!. This app crash when there is a voting deadline going on it's ok to extend to the missing time or extend for 2 hours but half a day? Woahh that's extorting the fans support for their artist. What an unbelievably worse voting app I encounter. Totally not so reliable worst 👎

We recently experienced an issue with the Stardom app. The fan voting for Dream Rookie Stage 3 was suspended, and although it was announced that refunds would be processed through Apple and Google, our request for a refund was denied. We are so disappointed with this outcome and believe we are entitled to a refund for the service that was not fully delivered. We hope the developer or Apple can address this issue promptly and ret
