When I try to open the app, it crashes. v3.65.1, running on Samsung Galaxy S20 / Android 13. P.S. Cleaning the cache had helped.

This app is killing me. I can't access the school, it does not even have the area of Amstelveen. I just get a message of no results found!!!! Come on!!!!

Dear Joanna, in some cases the app has this issue after the previous update. You can resolve this by following these steps: https://parentcom.zendesk.com/hc/nl/articles/10824961229852 (incl. clean installation!). If that doesn't resolve it in your case, please contact support@parentcom.nl mentioning your schoolname. We are happy to help you.

Not great! Is having few issues. For example when I get a notification, I can see that I received it but I can't open it. That's happening all the time and I can't download the pictures!

Dear Cristina, would you be so kind to contact our support team via support@parentcom.nl with a short description of your issue plus the name of your school and group. We are happy investigate why this happens in your case. Besides that, the ability to download pictures in the app is a setting the school decides. They can always contact us for it.
