Our app is the go-to companion for attendees before, during, and after the conference. Instead of wading through emails, PDFs, and printed programs, users can find all relevant information consolidated in a user-friendly app—always up to date, even with last-minute changes.

The program takes center stage: sessions, tracks, workshops, and satellite events can be quickly found using search, filters, and favorites. A special added benefit is the customizable agenda: attendees can put together their own personal schedule from the full program and save favorites so they never miss an important presentation. The app immediately displays updates in case of room or time changes.

The speaker directory makes it easy to discover speakers by name, topic, or company. For each speaker, a short profile, areas of expertise, presentations, and additional information will be provided. This transforms a simple list into a practical reference tool—ideal for preparing for discussions or targeted networking.

For companies, the exhibitor directory is a key touchpoint: exhibitor profiles can include a logo, booth number, contact person, and product and service information. This helps attendees find the right contacts more quickly and plan their trade show visit efficiently. In addition, hall and floor plans help with navigation on-site.
