About this app

Concept Labor is the crew app for Concept Pixels, an AV and live-event production company. It is invite-only: contractors receive an invitation from Concept Pixels and sign in with the email or phone number on file. There is no public sign-up.

What you can do:

• Gigs — see the shows you have been offered, accept or decline, and review what is confirmed.
• Calendar — your booked days, travel days and prep days at a glance, plus personal holds so staffing knows when you are unavailable.
• Paperwork — review and sign labor purchase orders and your master services agreement from your phone.
• Time clock — clock in and out on show days, log meal breaks, and review your hours.
• Travel — flights and hotels booked for you, with itineraries in one place.
• Closeout and pay — submit your gig closeout, add expenses and receipts, and track invoice status.
• Gear reports — report a damaged or missing piece of equipment with a photo in a few taps.
• Notifications — text and push alerts for gig requests, unsigned documents, upcoming call times and clock-in reminders. You control which channels you use.

What’s new

A one-time profile check: add or confirm your mailing address and home airport — they help us staff shows with crew who are near the site. New crew search filters for managers (position and distance). Plus fixes and polish.
