This app is a gamechanger for paying bills,but the constant need to sign in is frustrating. The app doesn't save my password,even with my phone's biometrics,which forces me to remember it or reset it every time I use the app. While the new update has made the password reset process quick and seamless, it hasn't solved the core problem of having to reenter my credentials every time I open the app. The convenience of paying bills is overshadowed by the inconvenience of constantly having to sign in

It has been 12 months since Cocierge was made aware of this software's issues, and nothing has been fixed to date. I will list all the issues soon. But I am starting to be concerned about its data security, given the Company is not addressing anything.

Needs work. Drops out often. Need to be able to assign multiple emails per unit since each unit is owned by at least 4 families since we are a quarter share. If we were weekly, we would need to enter 52 emails per unit.
