Tell us what your home needs and a real person coordinates it — finding the service provider, scheduling the visit, and keeping you posted. No group chats with contractors, no chasing quotes, no wondering whether anyone showed up.

• Add your properties and see each one's status at a glance
• Request a service in a few taps, from a leak to seasonal maintenance

• Schedule a professional home inspection when your membership includes one
• Read your inspection report and see your Home Health Score

HOME INSPECTIONS

When your membership includes an inspection, schedule it right in the app. A Concio inspector walks your home and documents its systems and appliances, and your report and Home Health Score appear in the app when the visit is done.

YOUR INFORMATION

Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers on our servers. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Account tab.

Concio is available in selected service areas and expanding.

What’s new

Have a member code from your employer or a partner? Go to Account, then Subscription, and tap Redeem a code to get your price.

The app now opens with its latest improvements the first time, with no need to close and reopen, and accepting our updated Terms works the first time.
