App functions, but it's terrible in the aspect of so many items marked as unavailable, making it truly difficult to order ahead of time, which is the ENTIRE point of using the app. "Convenience". Can't order half the menu, but when I go to the restaurant physically to order, the unavailable items are available. Make it make sense!

Ordering in the app is a pain in the butt. It doesn't let you use a reward along with a bud box. Even when you will be paying full price for the bud box, you can't get extra items that the rewards would apply to. So you have to place multiple orders to use the reward and buy a bud box. The customization section is also tiny and does not allow enough characters to customize an item.

Reordering from a previous order or favorite rarely works. It almost always tells me something is no longer available (usually hard corn shells for tacos), even though I can then add the same thing in a new order. Worse, it does let you proceed with the other items, so you have to manually re-enter the entire order.
