You weren't elected to read group messages.

CondAI monitors your condominium's groups and delivers only what requires your action to the app: locked gate, leak, camera out of service. The rest remains in the group, where it always has been.

HOW IT WORKS

• Activation guided by our team, in minutes. When monitoring begins, a single pinned notice is published in the group, informing residents what is being monitored and what their rights are. Nothing happens in secret.

• Residents don't change anything. No one installs an app, learns commands, or changes habits. The service doesn't chat in the group, doesn't respond to residents, and doesn't interfere in the conversation.

• You only receive incidents, privately. Each problem arrives with a summary and the original message that generated it, so you can make decisions with context without going back to the group.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Maintenance, Security, Community Life, Finances, and Common Areas — the issues that fall under the condominium manager's responsibility.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

CondAI was built based on the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), not adapted later:

• Data minimized: only what is necessary to identify what requires action.

• Sensitive topics — health, religion, politics — are discarded immediately, without analysis or storage.

• Common messages are automatically discarded after the retention period.

• Privacy channel that responds within 15 days: [e-mail]
• Upon cancellation, monitoring stops and the condominium's data is deleted.

ACCESS

Accounts are created by the administrator upon service activation — there is no registration through the app. If your condominium does not yet use CondAI, speak with the administrator or visit cond-ai.com.

Monthly subscription per monitored group, by card, no commitment period.
