With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Condeco helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.

App crash when trying to view floor plan, modify schedule, and delete schedule. Poor navigation experience (back button on phone close the app instead of going back to previous screen). Unable to download floor plans. Schedule not sync with online version. Blank screen displayed randomly. Delete review which shows issues with the app.

The mobile app is so slow and kicks you out mid search. When I click on a car parking space it tells me it's already booked. The most frustrating thing is having to book a specific car parking space from a list, especially when it's not relevant to where we park or the pass we're given. It'd be much fairer if you didn't need to do this and it just came off a list of available spaces. This would truly be done on a first come first serve basis then

Hi Isabella. Thanks for providing feedback. Parking at your office is in high demand so there's a lot of competition. We are introducing a 'quick book' capability very soon, where you don't need to select a parking space from a list or floor plan. Adding people to Team sometimes doesn't work - app says person has been added to team, but then when I go into Team they are not on the list. Often very slow to search / book desks (not related to transfer speed).
