About this app

CondoPrático is the resident app for condominiums that use the CondoPrático platform. With it, you can follow the daily life of the condominium and your unit directly from your cell phone, with notifications when something changes.

Available features (according to the modules contracted by the condominium):

Announcements: receive notices and messages from the administration in real time and keep track of what you haven't read yet.

Incidents: register calls and track the status of each request without needing to call or go in person.

Deliveries: be notified when a delivery arrives at the gate and confirm pickup through the app.

Reservations of common areas: schedule the party room, barbecue area, gym, and other shared spaces simply and without conflicts.

Authorized people: check and manage who can enter the condominium through your unit.

Vehicles: keep your unit's vehicle registration always updated for the gatehouse.

Pets: register and update the pets in your unit.

Stays: Manage guest check-in and check-out (short stays).

Documents: Access regulations, minutes, and other files made available by the condominium.

Financial: View unit invoices and bills, see statements, and pay with Pix when available.

Marketplace: Find services offered in the condominium community.

Assemblies: Track convocations, participate in votes, and check the progress of assemblies through the app.
