CondoPrático is the resident app for condominiums that use the CondoPrático platform. With it, you can keep track of everything happening in your condominium directly from your cell phone.

Available features (according to the modules contracted by the condominium):

- Announcements — Receive notices and messages from the building manager in real time, without missing any important information.

- Incidents — Register and track requests directly with the administration. Know the status of each request without needing to call or go in person.

- Deliveries — Be notified when a delivery arrives at the entrance and confirm pickup through the app.

- Area Reservations — Schedule shared spaces such as the party room, barbecue area, and gym in a simple and conflict-free way.

- Entrance Control — Consult and manage the vehicles and people authorized to enter the condominium from your unit.

- Pets — Keep the registration of your unit's pets always up-to-date.

- Stays — Manage guest check-in and check-out (short stay).

- My Unit — Quick access to your unit's information and features in one place.
