Never had any issues with the care I've received at Cone, review is based purely on the app. I can log in fine online in a browser but the app keeps asking for a "one time" registration to link my account to the app or some such nonsense and then still doesn't let me log in. Never had any issues with the app before this. Use the actual My Chart app by Epic or see if your other medical organizations will allow you to link charts. Much easier than trying to use this app.

I've always had a good experience with staff and doctors. The APP is fairly easy to navigate and my only objection is with the test results. Since I have very little history or education with medicine or a working knowledge of the descriptions, laymen's terms would be helpful.

Very pleased with my experience .Dr.s explains everything about procedure and in a very friendly way that wasn't all medical talk so it was understandable without having to ask. I was looked after very well before and after surgery.Thanks to all of the staff at Cone Health
