The app’s innate referral system ensures that service providers available on the platform have verifiable evidence of their proficiency and the speed and integrity with which they have conducted past transactions. This way service seekers can make informed decisions in their choice of service providers that meet their needs and service providers can accept jobs they are suitable for.

Services are usually required within a specific time frame which can sometimes be pressing in nature. The app provides an opportunity to quickly locate the service providers closest to where the service is needed.

Like every digital journey, access to the Conetwork platform starts with Sign Up. This includes identifying the user as a single or corporate entity and fulfilling the requirements for becoming a user. Service providers specify the category of service they offer. Credentials are vetted to ensure the right people with the right skills set get onboarded.

Searches for needed services are flexible to allow the user specify an acceptable physical range of the service provider and whether they are online or offline. User online or offline status is color coded to aid quick decision making by the user.

An agreement is reached by both parties and payment is made from the user’s online wallet. Conet work does not release the money to the service provider until the service has been delivered satisfactorily. This feature ensures peace of mind for both parties.
