About this app

ConexBoard is the driver-facing dispatch management platform built for container trucking and drayage operations. Designed for intermodal drivers who move containers between ports, rail yards, warehouses, and customer facilities, ConexBoard puts everything you need for each dispatch in one place.

DISPATCH MANAGEMENT

View your active and upcoming dispatches in dedicated tabs with automatic polling, so your board is always current. Each dispatch shows the full picture: container number, seal, size and type, steamship line, weight, PIN, PO, and booking number. Route information, appointment windows, and rate details are all visible at a glance.

REAL-TIME STATUS PROGRESSION

Move through each stage of your dispatch with a clear, structured workflow: CREATED, DISPATCHED, CONFIRMED, ARRIVED A, DEPARTED A, ARRIVED B, DEPARTED B, PAPERWORK ADDED, and COMPLETED. Status updates are tracked with precise timestamps for arrivals, departures, stand-by times, pregate windows, and appointment slots.

NAVIGATION AND ROUTE PLANNING

View your pickup and delivery route on an integrated map. Launch turn-by-turn navigation directly from any dispatch to get directions to your next stop without switching between apps.

DOCUMENT CAPTURE AND PAPERWORK

Upload proof-of-delivery documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork directly from your device. Capture photos of documents or attach existing PDFs. Collect electronic signatures on delivery to close out loads faster and reduce paperwork delays.

PORT CAMERAS

Access live port camera feeds to check gate and yard conditions before you arrive, helping you plan your approach and avoid unnecessary wait times.
