App works alright when it actually lets me in. and then when it does, it tells me nothing is connected because the app is out of date. But I literally just installed it. And then you can actually see what is connected but literally can't do anything else. You can't even report an outage from the app, you have to email (how is that helpful) for help or call tech support.

App wont load. It opens fine, but when I try to select anything, it says there was a delay. and to try again. Only when I try again, it does the same thing. The app is unusable. It is up to date, but basically bricked. Please fix this. I need to be able to set parental controls frlor my children and can't.

A lot of potential! Will change when it's tweaked a bit more. Most of the app features are great thoughts but a bit poorly executed. For instance on parental controls and usage is devices and people not groups. Meaning you can't have different rules for device groups because you can only have that one device tied to a person. This severally limits bedtime rules, screen time limits, etc. Also, there is no way to just pause the Internet, only by person to person? This should be on the front screen
