the service itself is great, and budget friendly until we had a tornado rip a wire. they fixed the wire and then I noticed lag spikes or slower internet. the app itself tho, trash. it has great features, when they work. ive been through where it logs you out, disconnects the router from the app, doesnt recognize your account, now im in the stage where festires dont work like speed test or pausing specific devices that are connected

Service is great this app though can never connect to the router it always fails I can't control anything as it never sees the router glad I got it set up first but now can't do a single thing restart the router restart the phone nothing this app is just a concept of the things they wish they could do but it's all for show and nothing more. Thankfully I know how to use the IP to connect to my router

App works alright when it actually lets me in. and then when it does, it tells me nothing is connected because the app is out of date. But I literally just installed it. And then you can actually see what is connected but literally can't do anything else. You can't even report an outage from the app, you have to email (how is that helpful) for help or call tech support.
