Who is Conferma for?

Conferma enables employees and contractors to use virtual payment cards for any approved business expense and is ideal for businesses of all sizes.

Create or request virtual cards.

Virtual payment cards can be requested by app users in accordance with your company’s pre-defined policies. Push notifications immediately notify finance managers or approvers of new virtual card requests. Once approved, virtual payment cards are sent directly to your mobile device.
Alternatively, finance managers or administrators can create and push pre-configured cards directly to employees and contractors, without need for individual requests.

Review Spending

Capture and upload pictures of receipts, and review colour-coded transactions based on spend categories.
Notifications remind you to upload your receipts, which are then matched and attached to your transactions in a paperless process.
Allocate post-spend reviewers to review and approve spending in line with your company’s pre-defined policies.
Visibility of corporate spend
With Conferma, all spend data flows back to a single centralised account, so that you have complete visibility of virtual card creation and usage. Automated reconciliation against bank data makes the process seamless.
Apply custom data fields such as employee ID, department or project to help efficiently track, review and report on company spend.

Ratings and reviews

first it forces you to have a lock code on your phone. why??? there's no way to order anything. set a code to open the app. don't force me to have the code on my phone. then you asked my opinion on check in or out , my stay and the app won't open. this app is stupid. just a waist of time and space on my phone. skip the app and just send all the information directly to the hotels. or make the hotel use the app and not middle man.

Everytime when I leave the app and go back to key in the verification code, it will show me an error and I can't log in for at least 15min. Very bad design. I need another device to check the verification code and key in. As we are on the move so is very difficult for us to get another device. And once I log in, it doesn't stay log in. I have to log in and verify every time I log in.

I've had a terrible experience. I have attempted several times to log in, recover password, and contact Conferma for assistance. All I get is an email saying that the issue was resolved when they have not actually resolved it! I'm going to ask my department to stop using this.
