About this app
Berbran Hair Studio is a beauty salon with three locations in the Dominican Republic: Bella Vista, Piantini, and Cap Cana. With this app, you can book your appointment from your phone, at a time that suits you, even when the salon is closed.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Book your appointment by choosing your preferred service, location, and stylist.
• See the actual availability of each stylist, not a generic list. If your desired time is booked, the app will show you the other available times with that same stylist that day.
• Combine several services in a single visit: wash, color, and manicure one after the other, with your actual departure time. You can rearrange them by dragging and dropping, and even bring a guest.
• Save recurring services and rebook them with a tap.
• Confirm your reservation with a deposit when the service requires it.
• View your appointment history: what you had done, when, with whom, and how much you paid. • Save your information with the details the team needs to know before your appointment: allergies, sensitivities, and whether you're pregnant. This information is sent to your healthcare professional before your appointment.
• Receive reminders for your next appointment.
• Cancel or reschedule if your plans change.
• Rate the service and leave a comment afterward.
• Request your car from the valet through the app before you get out of the car.
BERBRAN POINTS
Your loyalty is reflected in a digital card. You accumulate points with each visit and redeem them at the register by showing the code. The app tells you your current level and how many points you need to reach the next level.
IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
The app is fully functional in both languages and automatically adjusts to your phone's language.
YOUR INFORMATION
Log in with a one-time code sent to your email or WhatsApp: no password to remember. Your data is transmitted encrypted, and you can request that we delete your account at any time by visiting https://berbranhair.com/delete-account

What’s new
