About this app

Watchtower is a workforce management app for organizations with shift-based and field teams. It gives employees a simple way to run their working day, and gives the back office reliable, real-time attendance and activity records.

KEY FEATURES

• Shift check-in and check-out — clock in at your assigned site; presence is verified against the site zone
• On-duty presence — while a shift is active, the app periodically confirms location so dispatch knows everyone is safe and on site; a visible notification is shown the whole time
• Rounds and checkpoints — scan QR codes or NFC tags to confirm each stop on a round
• Field tasks — receive assignments, complete step-by-step activities and confirm execution
• Incident reporting — report events in seconds, with photos and voice notes
• Worker safety — SOS button and welfare checks help protect lone workers
• Works offline — actions are queued on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns
• Available in English and Serbian

Watchtower is a professional tool used within an employment relationship. Location is used only while a shift is active — always with a visible notification — and stops at check-out. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics trackers, and data is never sold.

Watchtower accounts are created by your employer. There is no public sign-up — if your organization uses Watchtower, ask your administrator for your login details.
