Updating 2* to 1*. Error: 'Multiple flows fail to continue." Painfully slow to load past tickets, and slow overall. There is no way to select text in existing tickets to copy it. Hope the county isn't paying too much for this IT contact. Original review: Very nice to have this app. Much more efficient AND effective than calling the line. The app isn't perfect and could work faster and have a more clear submission final step, but the automatic location detection from EXIF image data in nice.

I have tried to submit service requests several times through the year ever worked once. Usually it comes back with "We're Sorry. Your service request could not be submitted as the 311 Service does not appear to be reachable at this time.." This app is basically useless and it's very disappointing PCG 311 does not acknowledge this.
