About this app

mini365admin is a fast, native admin console for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune. Sign in with your work account and handle everyday helpdesk and admin tasks from your phone.

USERS
• Full user profiles: account status, licences, groups, admin roles, manager and devices
• Enable or disable accounts, revoke sessions and reset passwords
• See who holds admin roles at a glance in the user list
• Authentication methods: remove methods, require MFA re-registration and issue Temporary Access Passes
• Recent sign-ins with failure reasons and Conditional Access detail, plus recent directory changes

GROUPS & ROLES
• Browse groups with member counts for users and devices
• Open any group or directory role to see its members
• Add or remove members and manage licences

INTUNE DEVICES
• Device details, compliance status, the device's group memberships and installed apps
• Remote actions: sync, restart, lock, reset passcode, Defender scan, retire and wipe (with typed confirmation)
• Change the primary user
• BitLocker recovery keys and Windows LAPS passwords, hidden until you reveal them
• Per-policy compliance and configuration profile details

REPORTS
• Home summary of what needs attention
• Tenant-wide sign-in logs, directory audit log and MFA registration report

BUILT FOR ADMINS
• Delegated permissions only: the app can never do more than your own admin role allows
• When something is unavailable, the app tells you whether it's your role, your tenant's licence or consent, and which role would fix it
• Works across tenants: sign in to any Microsoft Entra organization that has approved the app
• Try it without an account: tap "Explore demo" to browse a fictional organization with sample data

PRIVACY
mini365admin talks directly from your device to Microsoft. There are no ConnectIT servers, no analytics and no ads. Your organization's data never reaches us.

Some features need Microsoft Entra ID P1/P2 or Intune licences and the matching admin roles in your tenant.
