About this app

Connect2Teams is a business calling app for organizations using Microsoft 365 and the ConnectToTeams Teams Phone integration. It brings your enterprise phone line to your Android device so you can make and receive work calls anywhere — on Wi-Fi or mobile data, using your business number as the caller ID.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Sign in with your Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) account — no separate password to manage
• Place outbound calls to phone numbers, Teams users, or directory contacts
• Receive inbound calls with a full-screen ring screen, even when your device is locked
• View your recent call history and your organization's contact directory
• Add personal contacts directly from the call screen
• Search and send feature codes (e.g. enable/disable Do Not Disturb, call forwarding, voicemail)
• Transfer active calls (warm or blind) to colleagues or external numbers
• Calls appear in your device's native Phone app Recents tab alongside cellular calls

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

Employees of organizations that have deployed ConnectToTeams Teams Phone integration. Your administrator provisions your account before you sign in — you'll use the same Microsoft 365 credentials you use for Teams.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Sign-in uses Microsoft 365 with your organization's existing security policies (including multi-factor authentication and conditional access). Call audio is encrypted in transit via Azure Communication Services. We do not store call recordings or call content on our servers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
• A Microsoft 365 account provisioned for ConnectToTeams Teams Phone
• Permissions: Microphone (calling), Notifications (incoming calls), and Calling Account (for native call log integration — enabled in device Settings on first launch)

What’s new

1. We now can Add/Edit Contact
2. We now show an Action page when clicked on Contact and Call History items
3. Enterprise contacts are now shown with a grey background to distinguish them from Personal contacts
4. We now have options to choose and dial when you have multiple numbers for a contact.
5. We are now able to download images from the SMS app to the device
6. We now allow taking photo and attaching images from the library in the SMS App
