- Total sales, top-ups, top-downs, card balances and activated cards at a glance.
- Sales and top-up breakdowns by payment method, with charts.
- Per-POS and per-product performance, plus a live feed of the latest transactions.
- Figures update in real time as sales happen — no refreshing.
TRANSACTIONS
- Browse, search and filter every transaction (type, status, payment method, POS device, zone, day).
- Open any order to see line items, split payments, side-orders, tips, bank fees and refunds.
REPORTS
- Finance, X/Z fiscal, POS sales, top-up and table-service reports.
- Filter by date range, POS device, payment method and day, and export to Excel.
CARD ACCOUNTS
- Look up any NFC card by ID, see its balance, top-ups, spend and full history.
TEAM, PRODUCTS & STOCK
- Invite and manage event team members and roles.
- Configure categories and products with prices and VAT.
- Track ingredient stock, low-stock alerts, transfers, recipes and consumption.
PROFILE & SECURITY
- Update your profile and password, switch language (English, Romanian, Russian).
- Optional Face ID / Touch ID unlock, with credentials stored in the device keychain.
- Delete your account at any time from Profile.
Conpay is a companion app for event organizers who already use the Conpay platform; an active organizer account is required to sign in.
